First, it makes them feel comfortable that we're not uncomfortable. So we put them at ease. This happens almost every time we're meeting with folks because we do understand where they are coming from, we understand what they're going through.

I'll never forget sitting in my grandmother's living room, and this was a long time ago, and holding her hand as she was crying watching the people move the stuff out of her house. And I remember saying to her, "you're going to be okay, you're going to another place it's much better. It's small, you'll be able to take care of yourself there. More importantly, there are people there to take care of you." We try to have that exact same conversation with all the people we deal with.
